These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website viralvolt.ai, the Viral Volt iOS application, and any related services, software, or content we provide (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Gantima ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or at least 16 years old if you are located in the European Union. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements, that you are able to form a binding contract, and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at suuprtt@gantima.com.
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, your card will be charged the applicable monthly or annual plan rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law, under our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers, or where we state otherwise in writing. You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing billing@viralvolt.ai. Plan changes take effect immediately. Refunds for downgrades, if any, will be prorated.
If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, you may request a full refund by emailing billing@viralvolt.ai.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use, as applicable. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, prompts, or materials, you grant us a limited license to process, store, display, and use that content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.
Some features of Viral Volt use third-party AI services, including Google Gemini and Veo 3, to process user prompts and generate outputs. You understand that content you submit may be processed by those providers in accordance with their own policies.
You retain ownership of the content you generate, subject to the applicable terms of those providers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any generated content complies with applicable laws and the policies of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
We make no warranty that AI output will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not use your prompts to train our own models unless we specifically tell you otherwise.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, belongs to Gantima d/b/a Viral Volt or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Amazon Web Services, Google services, analytics providers, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or that any output generated by the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case. We do not guarantee specific results such as followers, views, sales, or growth. Your success on social media depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Volt and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viral Volt, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice when practicable. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless we require arbitration in a separate written agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
